My story
In 2020, I bought and fully renovated a cottage in Southwold, Suffolk as a place I could bring my family to and be proud to share with others. I wanted a place that felt like a home from home for everyone that comes to stay, that exceeds expectations, as well as being a financial success. I opened Nina's Cottage in early 2022. From the beginning, Nina's Cottage has been wildly successful by any metric - occupancy rates, revenue, guest reviews, as well as being genuinely fulfilling work.
I realised that holiday let management in the area could be improved for owners and guests alike: more personal, more direct and to a higher standard. A better experience overall. Thus SCD Holiday Let Management was born. I've been exceeding expectations since 2022, and promise to do the same for your property.

We had a really great stay at Simon's place. It really felt like he'd thought about anything a family might need on a weekend away/holiday. There are simply not enough words to say how wonderful Nina’s Cottage is. The location is amazing, a short stroll you are at the beach or the centre of the high street. The photos do not do the place justice, spotlessly clean, beautiful comfy super king bed and also gorgeous fluffy towels. Simon is super responsive and a fab host. Would love to go back again!

A truly perfect stay. The cottage really does feel like a home from home - it is so beautifully designed and immaculate and has everything you could possibly need. The location is also amazing - it’s 5 minutes from the beach and high street so you don’t even need a car. Simon couldn’t have been more helpful, the perfect host - we can’t wait to visit again.
